In the game of poker, what are the "missed blind", "reserved" and "kill" buttons for?

I've always used a dealer button and have been at the occasional game which has used "big blind" and "small blind" buttons...but I recently came across the 3 mentioned above and I have absolutely no idea what they're for? Anybody know?

Missed bling:it's place in front of an absent player, when he come back he must make-up the missed blind to re enter the game

Kill: is an oversize blind, it's use in lowball poker most of the time, it indicate a player who won 2 pot in a row and requiered a kill pot

reserved button:it's just to hold a seat for a coming player
