I was watching an episode of High stakes poker and Jamie Gold makes a big river bluff and gets Eli to fold - but Daniel and Jen pick up on something Jamie says/ does and both Daniel and Jen say they would instant call after what Jamie did/said it
What does he do/say to give it away that he is bluffing?

When Dan and Jen whisper what they think to each other i'm sure they say bluff twice - and during the hand Jamie says you don't want to be bluffed twice - but I can't see how this statement makes someone look weak or strong!

Well for one he was too confrontational... If Jaime really was strong (ie had the flush) he would not have shown his club. He would have wanted Eli to call in the end. And showing the club confirms to Eli that Jaimie might have it. When he says :you don't wan't to be bluffed twice", it was like he was really saying: "C'mon, do you really think that I would bluff twice in a row?"...
Everything he did was like a dare to call. His actions were too strong. If you were bluffing and wanted a call, you'd stay neutral.

Eli should have picked up on it but folded because there was too much talk at the table. Jamie played a reverse psycology game and ivolved everyone at the table, most of whom were convinced that he was bluffing. He used that to his advantage to get into Eli's head and make him over think the hand.
