What to get my wedding ushers, ages 14 & 16?

I know the typical answer is flasks, poker sets, etc, but these are kids that won't be drinking or gambling any time soon. I wanted to get them something, but keeping within a $25 or so budget (we're paying for the wedding ourselves, including tuxes and all that already). They like video games, but have everything you can imagine for that sort of stuff. Plus they'll be flying in, so I want to make sure its easy to pack & travel with, any ideas?
I don't want to give giftcards either, I want something with a bit more thought and meaning, any other suggestions?
My main reason for shying away from giftcards, is that is our typical birthday and Christmas present for these two, so I was hoping to get something a bit more special for our wedding.
