Should I move to real money poker now?

I have been playing play money limit-texas-holdem for a long time and I have almost always seen that I win in the long run. This may be because either I am good at it or others really play loose on play money table. But I must tell you its really not very easy to win consistently even in a play money game.

when i turned 18 i went to an indian resort casino and played limit poker as a first time experience in a real poker game. buy in was min. 40 max. 100, which is really low for casino games. since youre experienced in limit poker, you know how long your stack lasts in limit. i played 40 and played tight, kept to the better odds, and left with 80 dollars. HOWEVER, do not play no-limit at a casino if its your first time with real money. you will be up against players who've increased their stash three-fold, and you dont want to be playing under 100 dollars against opponents who've worked their stack up to 300. stick to limit to get accustomed to the flow, ask the dealer if youre unsure of anything, and have fun. ALTERNATIVES TO CASINO:
Full Tilt Poker or Pokerstarz. full tilt looks better imo. you can start off as low as one dollar buy-ins.

Poker Strategy: How To Play Texas Holdem?

Texas Holdem Poker Strategy

This poker rule is the most famous rule. It is quite simple, but still the most strategy of all poker rules.

While the five cards known as the community cards. Your hand will have 7 cards which consist of 5 community cards and 2 hole cards.

And you can use any five cards out of the seven cards in your hand to put it in the a form of hand ranking. And this is where the strategies should take place.

When playing poker, all players can see the community cards of the others. When we play the poker for money, we will have a betting round of better after a round of cards that are dealt. Therefore, in total there will be four rounds of betting in poker game.

Hole Cards.

Each player is dealt two cards face down. Most of Texas Hold'em game starts with two players to the left of the dealer. The game then start putting a predetermined amount of money into the pot before any cards is dealt.

The Flop.

Three cards are dealt face up on the table. After the first betting round past, the dealer discards the top card of the deck. This is also called burning the card. This is done to ensure that nobody will see the top card, and to prevent cheating. After that the dealer will flip the next three cards making them face up on the table. These cards facing up are called the "flop."

The Turn, or call "Fourth Street"

A fourth card is dealt to the table. The dealer will burn another card. Then the dealer will play one more face up on the table. The "Turn" or "Fourth Street" is the fourth community card. The player to the left of the dealer (the button) begins the third round of betting.

The River, or call "Fifth Street".

Finally, a fifth card is dealt to the table. The dealer will burn another card then he will place the final face-up card on the table. The final face-up card is called the "river" or "Fifth Street."

Betting in the final and getting a winner. When you play poker you will have the combination of the seven cards. The five cards in your hand are called the community cards.

The other two cards are hole cards. You will have to use these seven cards to form the best positive five cards in your poker hand.

The final round will start with the player to the left of the dealer. After this round of poker game, all players on the table who still in the game have to reveal what are in their hands.

The player who made the initial bet or the player who made the last raise is going to have to their hand first. The player who has the best hand ranking will win the poker game.
