Need checkpoint game ideas for a Motorcycle Poker Run!!!?

Heya, we're putting on a Poker Run in June and I have 5 checkpoints that need activities for the bikers. The only stipulation is I can't use or do anything that involves water or could cause a wreck. Post all your ideas and/or any websites you think will help!!

In general, if you make the ride interesting, then you don't need so many "activities" at the checkpoints.

My favorite ever poker run was sponsored by a local "dance" club. There were dancers at each checkpoint, giving on-bike lap-dances. till the 10th bike was dropped.

Another format was a bean collection. You got different types of dried beans at every checkpoint. When you get back to the start-finish, you show the beans as proof of all the checkpoints, and draw your cards then. This eliminates the "dang, I lost already - I'm goin home" crowd.

But really? Make the ride to fun places? and people don't need so much activity at each stop. Have a great meal and party for afterwards? and it'll be a huge success. Best of luck!
