Planning a poker run?

I am trying to help set up a poker run to raise money. We were trying to think up a way of making sure people do not cheat in the process of the run. (Such as swapping cards, forging names, etc.) Any ideas?

If you are in the Milwaukee area (Im just guessing with the Bucksfan name) there is a local company - mostly run out of Kenosha that is a Professionally run tournament circuit for poker. They play for free nightly but also host charity events and run them. They have all the chips, cards, table tops and rules already set up for you.
