Ive been playing online poker at poker stars and need help?

Ive lost about everything I bought around $100 in approximately 10 hours, what's some good strategies or books for ring games in particular and also tourneys. I lost most of my money in small blind 5 cent to bb 10 cent with either max 20 least 5 buy in. Your help is much appreciated.
