How do you delete a link (Party Poker) off from tools on the menu bar?

When I go to the internet, I click on tools and I see a link for Party Poker after Windows Update. How do I delete it? I deleted history, cookies and browsing history. I also went to Content and cleared the auto-complete. Whenever, I click on the tools I see the Party Poker. I uninstalled it already. CAn someone help me?

Click on Programs Tab
then Click the Manage Add-Ons button
