Why cant I download Full Tilt Poker?? HELP 10 pts?

HELP 10 pts?I have a MAC OS X 10.4 ..plenty of space but when I download it it wont work!. I pressed download the first time and it downloaded...when i tried to open it it saidit could not open, retry. I pressed 'download the mac version' and when I downloaded it and tried to open it...the logo had a 'X' on it and said my computer doest support this file... help ????
cause this is where everyone is.... takes people hours to answer anywhere else
