How do you play TEXAS HOLD'EM POKER?
Hi. I don't know why, however recently all my friends have taken a strong liking towards poker, particularly texas hold'em.
I really want to know how to play, but I have NO idea what to do. Ive never been a card person - the only game I know well is cheat or snap!
So please, please could someone explain the game right from the start, without the jargon or the poker-words - if you do use them, please explain what they mean.
I also want good techniques, so what should I try to do to win? Please don't just give me a link that's rubbish and for people who already know their cards.
I will give a best answer, but I want to thank all of you much in advance !!

it would take me from here til next week to explain to a complete novice how to play it and i so dont have the time! i suggest you play with your mates (not for money) get them to teach you the game as you play its the best way to learn
