Poker- Losing streaks?

I've been playing bout 6 years, thought I'd seen alot. Started to grind $10 to $20k bankroll, first 5 months got it to around $8400, woohooo. Then for 3 months solid I just can't win. Im used to weeks of bad luck but 3 MONTHS AND STILL GOING? I've lost $4000 and counting and every game im in, the worst happens whatever im holding. I use holdem manager and my EV is way above the cliff face which is my bankroll graph. Is this normal, how long can this sh** happen for? Im feeling like the unluckiest sod that ever picked up a deck of cards, Im literally down 40-50 buyins in this streak, its doing my nut.

I'm also on a 3 month losing streak playing against the worst donks. I constantly have my opponent drawing to 1 or 2 outs on the river and they consistantly hit it for most my stack. Its not just that I've been very card dead also, and when I finally pick up a hand I get no action or miss the flop completely, and am forced to fold. I actually got my flopped quads cracked by my friends higher quads at his home game 2 months ago. In the last 2 days of playing I've counted 22 pocket pairs and haven't hit a single set. Today I lost when I got 4 outered on the river when the guy hit a back door straight. My bad luck in the last 3 months is ridiculous. I don't play as high but for my bankroll its pretty high. I think after losing 500 in 2 days at 100 buyins im gonna take a break. I can't handle running so bad for this long. Its too frustrating.

The fact is betting techniques can be perceived to be equally important as card strategy. Ideally, before the start of the game, you should already have a general idea on how you’ll play your hand since this is where everything flows from during the game. This will have a great impact on how to play your cards the minute you receive them. You should also be very quick to come up with a play for your hand. Of course, that is easier said than done.
