Poker Games Free For Fun

What is a good poker website for legit cash games?
I'm looking for a poker site that caters to American poker players that has legit cash games, particularly for smaller blinds play. Free Roll tournaments are also a plus. A few years ago I played on and off again for fun at a couple of places that I really enjoyed, but don't seem to exist anymore, at least not the way I remember it, and almost every place I can find seems to require two forms of ID to play, which I don't ever recall having to do back when I played.
Is there a fun, legit, seemingly fair poker site where I can just get started with no hassle and use my credit card? Thanks for your responses!
Both Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker are your best bet for a US player. They are the #1 and #2 largest poker sites in the world, respectively. They are also quite 'legit,' and are not going to disappear like some of the smaller sites around. However, at most sites you will need to show two forms of ID (Usually when you withdraw) so if that bothers you then its going to be difficult to start playing. Also, since you live in the US, most credit cards don't work to deposit onto online sites (But some do, so its worth trying). The workaround is using instant e-checks (Which is what I've used multiple times) which draws from your checking account.
Both sites have micro stakes, down to .01c/.02c penny games, and multiple free roll tournaments daily so you'll have no problems finding the games you want to play.

To build upon what another person said, you are going to want to sign up through an affiliate for rakeback. Rakeback returns a % of the rake you pay to the online poker site directly to your poker account. Also, rakeback providers also offer monthly freeroll tournaments, rake races, and other promotions that add to your bottom line. A great example of a rakeback provider is:
http://rakeback.claimtherake.com/
Which is powered by RaketheRake, and offers the highest rake races/free rolls around.
Edit: Quick note, Poker Stars has an alternate VIP system opposed to rakeback, but you can still qualify for the extra free rolls/rake races/etc. by signing up through Claim the Rake.
