poker felt

i am wondering if anyone can tell me EXACTLY what felt is used on poker tables?.?

i have looked at ordinary felt and it appears to thick and fury/fluffy, i was wondering if it has a specific name, such as Baise which is what they use on pool tables. any help appreiciated.
I want to build my own table and don't want to spoil it by using cheep felt.

The best i have seen or played on in home games uses car headliner as the material. (under $50) for your basic 8 person variety table. One table my buddy "refelted" last over one year. When you use your typical poker felt, you are lucky to get 4 weekends out of it. Another friend has since turned to that as well, after playing on it. It gives the feel (cushion) of sitting at the tables in vegas...i highly recommend it.
