Ideas for a Poker themed Birthday party for 30 year old Husband?

I need lots of ideas for a poker themed party. It's for my husband, he's turning 30. I need help with food Ideas, game ideas, decorations, activities, anything and everything you can think of. Unique ideas are a plus. Please help!

-hire professional dealers and rent tables and chairs as needed (dealer should provide chips)
-order a huge sub (aka hoagie) platter. No chicken wings...too messy for cards.
-buy lots of beer (good stuff like sam adams, sierra nevada or brooklyn not miller, bud or heineken)

-buy a really cool prize for 1st place in a tournament and give raffle tickets out to other people who do well in tournament but don't win. Also give out rafffle tickets for betting outside of tournament. Draw or raffle prizes in the middle and at the end of the party.

have card related party games, like throwing cards into a hat for cheap prizes
buy cold cuts, bread, cheese etc. and make sandwiches.
