I would do something about the way people react to poker chips rather than actual money. People will bet and call hundreds of dollars in chips, it's a lot easier to do that with chips than real money because people don't have the same connection between monetary value and chips as they have with monetary value compared to actual stacks of hundreds and fifties. I think people definitely would play differently if they were betting on pots with huge stacks of money in it rather than a few plastic chips.
