Tom has 9 red poker chips and 3 blue poker chips.
If Steves chips are worth $69 and Toms are $57, determine the value of a blue chip.

Red is 4and Blue is 7!

Steve= 5R + 7B=69
Tom = 9R + 3B=57

multiply Steves equation by 3 and Toms by 7 so the B's cancel out:
3(5R+7B=69)
7(9R+3B=57)

15R + 21B=207
63R + 21B=399
