3. Bend you fingers back towards your wrist, to start the chip to flip backwards but use your thumb to support the chip as it comes back.

4. Then close your fingers faster to the top chip to snap down on top of the bottom chip. This will bring you back to the starting point. Now if you want a louder snap use the next steps.
