party poker trojan horse

Is it safe to delete icons in the windows folder that say partpoker and etc?

In my windows folder it has icons named party poker and all this stuff i wanted to make sure it was safe to delete them before i went and messed up my comp. also what do trojan horses on ur comp look like do they have a disk and box in front of a computer with a horse on it?
Its not an app it just has icons in the folder
