Poker Face Lyrics!!!! by lady gaga?

I swear to god that she is saying a little more in the song than just poker face...like when shes going..

pa pa pa poker face f f f**k her face.
i swear that its true and im not the only one that i know of that can hear it!

lol--no she is not saying fff*k her face.
she is saying pa pa pa pokerface.

but she is saying a lot more than people think since her song is about being with a man while fantasizing about being with a woman.

lol

hope this helps

Truth be told, the thought of censoring music has never really crossed my mind. One, I hate censorship. I am a free speech girl at heart.

Two, coming from a radio background you grow to loathe playing radio edits [truth is even in playing those record company issued edits, people still called into complain. Either they were upset we were playing the edit or that the song wasn't edited enough for their liking].

Three, I never really put much thought into the explicitness of lyrics because I've always held the belief that the issue is all relative on what people consider offensive and 'too suggestive'. My music mantra has always been that there is so much out there in terms of musical selections, that there is plenty of "acceptable" music for every age and taste.

And four, if you don't like what's being played, then change the radio station or don't buy the music.

But I have to admit that when it comes to my kiddlets, especially my little three and half year old 'I-repeat-everything-I hear-and-I-have-a-really-good-memory-so-I'll-remember-the-new-words-and-sayings-I've-learned-for-ever-and-ever-and-use-them-at-the-most-inappropriate-times' son, that perhaps I haven't exactly been faithful to my 'no censorship' rules. I've already edited out some of the music when it comes to my son. The obvious one being the 'no swearing' clause. That is the big 'no-no' right now. But as both my kids get older I know that the world of 'suggestive' lyrics will be at my doorstep, waiting to be dealt with.

Reality is for the most part, Top 40 music has mostly meaningless lyrics but I don't know if it's because I'm getting older, but more often than not, I find myself saying 'did they just say what I think they just said?' when I'm listening to new music.

Two songs that have received a lot of discussion and press have been Britney's 'If You Seek Amy' and Lady Gaga's 'Poker Face' but those two songs seem to be relax-don't-make-a-big-deal issues when you hear these following gems...

'She wants to touch me, She wants to love me, She'll never leave me. Don't trust a ho, Never trust a ho,Won't trust a ho...Shush girl, shut your lips. Do the Helen Keller and talk with your hips.'

(Don't Trust Me by 30H!3)

'She just looked up at me and said, Take me in the bathroom, Take my clothes off, Make love to me up against a dirty wall, Cause I can't wait to get you home. Innocent, but not at all.'

(Get U Home, Schwayze)

'With a woman down ya s*** dont play games,

they up the chain, and they let her do everythang and anythang, hit tha thang

and they love it gettin' it in, gettin' on,

all night long' (I Know You Want Me, Pitbull)

Really makes the 'lyrically suggestive' songs from back in the day seem really tame and dare I say lame? Remember the uproar to 'racy' tracks like Naughty By Nature 'OPP', Sir Mix-A-Lot 'I Like Big Butts' and Madonna's 'Like A Virgin'? Songs full of innuendo and double entendre are nothing new in the music biz but today's fare is far more blatant than ever before.

Sadly, it seems to be the way of today's programming trends. But it's not just confined to the world of music but TV, movies....it's become the status quo in our pop culture. It would appear that kids are growing up so much faster than they should simply because they are constantly being exposed and bombarded with so much more at an earlier age than they should be.

Our parents had it easy. All they had to contend with was the radio, records, cassette tapes and MTV/MuchMusic. Keeping track of what kid's listened to was a doable thing. Nowadays not so much. We've got MP3 players, iPods, iPhones, cell phones, iTunes, satellite radio, various music downloading sites, MySpace band sites....with every piece of new technology, the list keeps getting longer and longer and the parent's reach of control seems more unattainable.

So what do we do? Censor? Do the Footloose thing and forbid our kids to listen to certain music? Gosh I'm sounding so puritanical...is this what parenthood has done to me? No, not so much.

I'm still in the early inner debate stage of all this. I have a lot of duality to deal with. It's the epic battle of the the 'no censoring music loving/radio girl' versus the 'mummy in me who has been raising her eyebrows a lot more than she ever thought possible because of the songs she's been hearing lately'. And now that I have a 16 month old daughter running around the house my eyes and ears have been fine tuned even more to societal pressures and influences facing young girls.

This one won't be resolved in one day that much I know. Who said parenting was easy right?

If nothing else, it makes me yearn for the simple days way back when music was filled with fun, harmless lyrics of artists like Cyndi Lauper...fashion statements not included.

I come home in the morning light

My mother says when you gonna live your life right

Oh mother dear we're not the fortunate ones

And girls they want to have fun

Oh girls just want to have fun
