viewing cards at poker table?

I enjoy playing poker with friends at home games but I would like to attempt to play at casinos or other places but here's my problem. I am a quadriplegic and I am unable to move my fingers so I can't pick up the cards to view them. I was wondering if anyone might have a solution for me? At home I place them on a wooden board with a cut in slot but that wouldn't be allowed at the casino so if anyone has any suggestions or solutions please pass them along.

Now back to the original question yes some casinos will allow for assistance Usually they want me to sit next to the card dealer so they can show me the cards. I was hoping to find something that would give me a little more independents . Thank you all for your contributions though
