As the flop is revealed, you can already have a good idea of how strong your hand will be or if there is a big possibility that you can come up with a strong five-card combination.

The next community card that will be revealed is the turn. This community card has a reputation for turning the odds against or towards a certain player, thus the nickname. This fourth card signals that players have one last shot at making a strong five-card combination.
