any poker sites that aren't rigged?

I seriously just want to play some fair poker! Im not a sore loser crying about losing money either, in fact I finished 16th in a tourny of over 4800 people earlier, after getting non stop crap i decided to call a guys bluff ended up doubling up and after that i got the most amzing hands i have ever had. 3 of a kinds every and 2 pair every couple of hands no BS!, straights 3 out of 5 times i went for it, flushes, more full house then ive ever had, and the river that was killing me almost every time i had a good hand, was saving me! in fact i did so well that i know for a fact pokerstars is rigged. I dont care if i won, i just want a reliable site with some legit software. I also heard full tilt is pretty unreliable, and ive had some very bad experiences with partypoker. Is there any site that deals random cards? I know you cant have complete randomness, but you know what i meen.

How about sites that are regulated by US law, and are 100% USA legal for poker players. Since they are regulated by US Law, the claims they make must be proven to be true, or they could be sued or even shut down.
